The year was 2011. The place, a little town in Middle Tennessee about 8 miles west of Natchez Trace called Hohenwald. A lovely couple named Miguel and Laura Aldayturriaga Ramos started a restaurant called Casa Grande. We believed that a lot of faith, hard work and determination would make their dream a success. We feel so blessed and humble for everyone we have grown up with throughout the years, many amazing families and team members. We love doing our job.
We can’t wait to see new faces and try new experiences.
