What you will be doing

• Control the FIFO Protocol
• Supervise the purchases of the kitchen.
• Ensure that all protocols are performed according to brand standards.

What you need for the role

• Must be an Expert on Marketman
• Ability to work under pressure
• 2+ years of experience
